Kimberly McDonough is the Instructional Systems Developer and Training Logistics Lead in support of the training activities associated with NISR's Training, and Quality Control Support contracts with NHTSA. She has been a certified Instructional Systems Developer since 2004 and earned a Master's Degree in this discipline in 2008. She also has experience as a classroom trainer for NISR at the annual FARS/CRSS System-wide Trainings, as well as being responsible for the development of content for the FARS and CRSS Basic Lessons and update of the New Analyst and Coder Training classroom materials. Ms. McDonough has served as an associate professor at Towson University in its Education Department and has three years of experience as a first grade teacher in Laurel, MD. She also has significant experience as a Corporate Trainer and Strategic Care Representative at a Fortune 500 company (Sprint/Nextel). Using this experience she also performs duties as an E-learning consultant and Senior Training Coordinator for NISR.
